How to Make
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray and line it with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients gradually. Stir until just combined to avoid overmixing.
Fold in the diced apples evenly throughout the batter.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar for the swirl in a small bowl. Set aside.
Layer half of the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Swirl with a knife.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the optional glaze, then drizzle it over the cooled bread.
Slice and serve warm, enjoying with loved ones.
Consider adding chopped nuts for extra crunch. Always sift flour for a light texture.
