  • 1 large carrot peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon brings warmth and depth

Instructions

How to Make Apple Carrot Smoothie

  • Prepare your ingredients by washing and peeling the apples and carrot. Core the apples and chop them into smaller pieces along with the carrot.
  • Blend the chopped apples, carrot, spinach, and almond milk in a blender. Start on a low speed and gradually increase it.
  • Add honey and cinnamon to the blender and blend again until everything is well combined.
  • Serve the smoothie in glasses, and top with chia seeds or sliced almonds if desired.

For best results, serve the smoothie immediately after blending.
