Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

For the Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Glaze

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the chicken breasts and halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl. Toss everything gently until coated.
  • Transfer the coated chicken and Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and Brussels sprouts are tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
