Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Cream the mashed bananas with sugar and softened butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl and whisk together.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir gently until just combined.
