How to Make Banana Tiramisu

  • Slice the bananas. Begin by carefully slicing the ripe bananas into even pieces and set them aside.
  • Mix the filling. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Dip the ladyfingers. Take each ladyfinger cookie and briefly dip it into the cooled brewed coffee.
  • Layer the first half. In a large serving dish, lay down half of the dipped ladyfingers at the base.
  • Add the bananas. Arrange half of the sliced bananas evenly over the ladyfingers.
  • Spread the mascarpone mixture. Gently spread half of the whipped mascarpone filling over the bananas.
  • Repeat the process. Layer the remaining dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by the rest of the banana slices.
