Ingredients

For the Turkey and Veggies

  • 1 cup Bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets fresh

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce for spicy kick
  • 1 tbsp Honey for sweetness

For Serving

  • 2 cups Cooked rice base for the dish
  • 2 tbsp Green onions sliced, for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in bell pepper and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  • Add sauce to the pan and stir well. Cook for an additional minute.
  • Serve turkey mixture over rice.
  • Garnish with green onions.

For best texture, store cooked rice separately and combine with reheated turkey mixture before serving.
