For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce add low-sodium if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce adjust based on heat tolerance
  • 1 tablespoon Honey can substitute with maple syrup

For the Veggies

  • 1 cup Bell pepper use any variety like red or yellow
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets adds crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions for garnishing

Seasoning

  • Start by warming olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey to the pan, cooking it until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss in the chopped bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce into the pan with the turkey and veggies, stirring well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture over a bed of cooked rice.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
