For the Bowl
- 1 pound Ground turkey a lean protein that cooks quickly

Instructions
Start by warming olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey to the pan, cooking it until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Toss in the chopped bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the turkey and veggies, stirring well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Spoon the turkey mixture over a bed of cooked rice.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
