Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Add the seasoned chicken to the heated pan. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce over the browned chicken. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the BBQ chicken directly over the cooked rice and ladle some extra sauce over the top.
