For the Filling
- 1 lb Ground beef Savory base for flavor and protein.
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Adds gooey, melty goodness.
- 1 cup Refried beans Adds creaminess and fiber.
- 1 tsp Taco seasoning Adds zesty spices.
For the Wrap
- 4 large Flour tortillas Soft base for filling.
For Frying

Cooking Instructions
In a skillet, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in 1 tsp of taco seasoning, mix for another 2 minutes.
Warm 4 large flour tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
Spread 1 cup of refried beans over each tortilla.
Add the seasoned beef and 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of the beans.
Carefully roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until it shimmers.
Fry the rolled chimichangas until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove chimichangas and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with salsa.
Optional: Garnish with fresh cilantro or sour cream for added freshness.
