Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Marinate the beef by mixing it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Add the marinated beef to the pan, spreading it out in a single layer. Stir-fry for around 3-4 minutes.
  • Incorporate the broccoli florets, stirring them with the beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season the stir fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
