Ingredients

For the Protein

  • 1 pound Ground beef

For the Rice

  • 3 cups Cooked rice

For the Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 each Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 each Carrot julienned

For the Flavor

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated

Directions

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger, then cook for 1 minute.
  • Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry until tender, around 4-5 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce and mix well; simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • Serve beef mixture over cooked rice.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
