  • 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded can substitute with mozzarella
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs panko for extra crunch
  • 2 large Eggs binding agent
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped or shallots for milder flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can swap with fresh minced garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

How to Make Broccoli Cheese Rounds

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Scoop out portions and form into small rounds, about two tablespoons each.
  • Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
