For the Chicken
- 1 pound Chicken breast sliced
For the Vegetables
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
For the Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce low-sodium optional
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil for sautéing
Seasoning

How to Make Broccoli Chicken Stir-Fry
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of minced ginger to the hot oil. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Toss in 1 pound of sliced chicken breast. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Add 2 cups of broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until broccoli is tender yet crisp.
Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
For added flair, garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
