How to Make Buffalo Chicken Bombs
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions in a bowl until well combined.
Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and cut it into triangles.
Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto each triangle.
Wrap the dough around the filling to form a bomb, pinching the seams well.
Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden brown and fluffy.
Serve warm, with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
Garnish with more chopped green onions for added flavor and color. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
