Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 2 cups cooked pasta use your favorite pasta shape
  • 1 cup shredded chicken leftover rotisserie chicken works perfectly
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For Chilling

  • 30 minutes Chill time to allow flavors to meld

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by boiling water in a large pot. Add your favorite pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with the shredded chicken.
  • Pour the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over the pasta and chicken. Stir gently to ensure every piece is coated.
  • Fold in the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped celery, sliced green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Use a spatula to toss everything together until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Optional: Top with extra cheddar cheese before serving for added flair.
