Instructions

How to Make Butter Poached Lobster Tails

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon juice, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Arrange the lobster tails in a baking dish.
  • Pour the butter garlic mixture over the lobster tails, covering them completely.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
