For the Sauce

Steps
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Mix in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat to low and stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
Fold in any sautéed onions, bell peppers, chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
Toss your cooked pasta with this sauce or drizzle it over chicken or veggies.
