For the Avocados
- 2 ripe avocados choose avocados that yield slightly when gently pressed
For the Filling
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
For the Drizzle
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
