Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with butter.
  • Mix the Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to the instructions on the box. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Fold in any cooked meat or vegetables if desired.
  • Place the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the casserole dish. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until the eggs are set and cheese is bubbly. Check for golden edges and a clean toothpick.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving hot. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
