  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk whole or non-dairy option

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

How to Make Cheese Dip

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add the cheddar cheese, milk, diced green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve warm with crispy tortilla chips.
