Ingredients

Nacho Base

  • 2 cups shredded chicken can use rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup tinga sauce
  • 1 bag tortilla chips choose sturdy chips

Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine shredded chicken with tinga sauce in a bowl.
  • Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  • Top chips with the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.

Serve with extra tinga sauce on the side for dipping.
