Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes

For the Veggies

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers choose your favorite colors
  • 1 cup carrots thinly sliced

For the Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine chicken, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
