Ingredients

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually around 6-8 minutes until tender. Drain them and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili crisp to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet and add the drained noodles. Toss everything together to coat.
  • Drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles and mix well.
  • Divide the Chili Crisp Beef Noodles among serving plates. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For a zesty kick, consider adding a squeeze of lime. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
