Cooking Instructions
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually around 6-8 minutes until tender. Drain them and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili crisp to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and add the drained noodles. Toss everything together to coat.
Drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles and mix well.
Divide the Chili Crisp Beef Noodles among serving plates. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
For a zesty kick, consider adding a squeeze of lime. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
