Instructions

How to Make Chili Crisp Beef Noodles

  • Boil the noodles according to package instructions (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the sliced beef in a single layer for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili crisp. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Return the beef to the skillet and add drained noodles. Toss to coat.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles and mix well.
  • Serve garnished with sliced green onions and optional sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra flavor, a squeeze of lime can be added before serving.
