How to Make Chili Crisp Beef Noodles
Boil the noodles according to package instructions (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the sliced beef in a single layer for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili crisp. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Return the beef to the skillet and add drained noodles. Toss to coat.
Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles and mix well.
