- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Making the Crepes
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth, then let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with butter or oil.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan. Tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden, then flip and cook for 30 seconds.
