For the Batter
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Buttermilk

Baking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a cupcake pan with colorful liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.
Pour in vegetable oil, large eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk. Mix until smooth.

Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with batter.
