Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour

For the Festive Touch

  • ½ cup Red and green sprinkles for mixing in filling and topping

Instructions

How to Make Christmas Cheesecake Bars

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool slightly.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in ½ cup sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream, and flour until smooth.
  • Fold in ½ cup of the festive sprinkles into the creamy mixture.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Sprinkle additional sprinkles on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool the cheesecake bars at room temperature for about 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

Optional: Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra treat!
