Ingredients

Muffin Base

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Milk can substitute for dairy-free
  • 2 large Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder

Festive Flavor

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

Add-Ins

  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Fold in cranberries and walnuts gently.
  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool before serving.
