Instructions

How to Make Christmas Popcorn

  • Start by popping your popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stove until light and fluffy. Aim for about 6-8 cups of popped popcorn.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth and creamy.
  • Once melted, pour the rich, creamy chocolate over the warm popcorn and mix gently with a spatula to coat.
  • Sprinkle the crushed candy canes, red and green M&M's, and sprinkles over the chocolate-coated popcorn and mix gently.
  • Toss everything together until each piece of popcorn is evenly coated with chocolate and adorned with colorful toppings.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet and allow it to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, break the popcorn into bite-sized pieces and serve in a big bowl.
