Whipped Cream

  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Layers

  • 1 package Chocolate wafer cookies

Garnish

  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder optional

Instructions

Making the Cake

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture on the bottom of a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Place a layer of chocolate wafer cookies on top of the whipped cream, ensuring to cover the entire surface.
  • Alternate layers of whipped cream and cookies until you reach the top, finishing with whipped cream.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure the heavy whipping cream is very cold before whipping for better volume. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is ideal for flavors to meld.
