Ingredients

For the Truffle Mixture

  • 1 package Oreo cookies crushed finely
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened

For the Coating

  • 8 oz White chocolate for coating
  • 1 cup Chocolate sprinkles optional

Instructions

How to Make Cookies & Cream Truffle Balls

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until you have fine crumbs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  • Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top of dipped truffles before the chocolate sets.
  • Let the coated truffles sit until the chocolate hardens, then serve.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For the best texture, crush the Oreo cookies finely and use softened cream cheese.
