Making the Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Beat the softened butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then incorporate the sour cream or Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the bread in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Making the Frosting
Beat the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Adjust consistency with milk.
Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled loaf and drizzle the melted white chocolate on top. Sprinkle extra dried cranberries for garnish.
Enjoy a slice with a cup of hot tea or coffee for the perfect treat.
