How to Make Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Mix in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, crushed red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
