  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • optional Cayenne or hot sauce for extra heat

Instructions

How to Make Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Mix in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, crushed red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and chives. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Pour the sauce into a small bowl or ramekin and serve warm.

Notes
