Instructions

How to Make Cranberry Muffins

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk them together until well blended.
  • Whisk the eggs, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smoothly combined.
  • Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, then add the fresh cranberries, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
