For the Batter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

How to Make Cranberry Orange Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Combine the wet ingredients: mix the eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest in another bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped cranberries.
Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan, filling it 2/3 of the way up.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional: Spread with a little butter for an extra touch of indulgence. Store wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
