Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken breast diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 1 cup Heavy cream

For the Veggies

  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Allow it to warm up for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the diced chicken to the skillet along with the Cajun seasoning. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Incorporate the chopped onions, sliced bell peppers, and minced garlic into the skillet. Sauté these for around 3-4 minutes until they are softened and fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream while stirring well to combine all those delicious flavors. Let it simmer gently for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken beautifully.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper, adjusting as needed. Serve warm, and enjoy each comforting bite.

Notes
