Ingredients

Steps to Prepare

  • In a pot, warm the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and golden.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Gently add the heavy cream and soy sauce into the simmering broth, stirring well.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the pot, letting it warm through for about 5 minutes.
  • While your broth simmers, follow the package instructions to cook the ramen noodles until al dente.
  • Drain the noodles and add them to the pot with the creamy broth.
  • Taste your creation and add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Ladle the creamy garlic chicken ramen into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

To enhance the flavors, sauté the garlic until just golden and use a whisk to incorporate the heavy cream smoothly. Cook the ramen noodles al dente to prevent mushiness.
