Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Begin by cooking the 8 oz of pasta according to the package instructions for al dente.
  • In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add 2 minced cloves of garlic and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms to the heated oil and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in 2 cups of fresh spinach and cook until it wilts down for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
