  • 2 tablespoons olive oil necessary for sautéing

Instructions

How to Make Creamy Tuscan White Bean Skillet

  • Add the olive oil to a skillet and warm it over medium heat, allowing it to shimmer just slightly.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Carefully stir in the cooked white beans and the vegetable broth, mixing well.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Gently mix in the heavy cream and fresh spinach, stirring until the spinach wilts.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
