How to Make Crispy Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Set up the breading station: Prepare three shallow bowls. Fill the first bowl with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and in the third, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bread the chicken: Dip each chicken cutlet into the flour, shake off excess, coat in beaten eggs, and press into the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat oil: Pour about 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet and warm over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
Fry chicken: Add breaded chicken cutlets in batches and fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Prepare buns: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice slider buns in half.
Add marinara: Spoon marinara sauce onto the bottom half of each bun.
Add chicken: Place a crispy chicken cutlet on top of the marinara.
Top with cheese: Drizzle more marinara on the chicken, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
Cover with buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
Bake: Arrange sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish: Add fresh basil leaves on top after removing from the oven.
Serve warm: Slice and serve the sliders warm.
Optional: Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
