How to Make Crispy Chicken Parmesan Sliders

  • Set up the breading station: Prepare three shallow bowls. Fill the first bowl with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and in the third, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Bread the chicken: Dip each chicken cutlet into the flour, shake off excess, coat in beaten eggs, and press into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat oil: Pour about 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet and warm over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  • Fry chicken: Add breaded chicken cutlets in batches and fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Prepare buns: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice slider buns in half.
  • Add marinara: Spoon marinara sauce onto the bottom half of each bun.
  • Add chicken: Place a crispy chicken cutlet on top of the marinara.
  • Top with cheese: Drizzle more marinara on the chicken, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  • Cover with buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
