For the Chicken
- 500 g boneless chicken cut into cubes for tender bites
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce enhances flavor and tenderizes chicken

For the Vegetables

Instructions
Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, and cornflour for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
Cook the marinated chicken, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
Add the diced bell pepper, onion, and slit green chilies. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
Serve hot, optionally garnishing with fresh cilantro.
