Ingredients

For the Fish

  • 4 fillets Fish fillets (cod or tilapia)

For the Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

For the Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

How to Make Easy Baked Fish with Herbs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the fish fillets in the baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
  • Top with chopped herbs.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
