Instructions

How to Make Easy Fried Rice

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Push vegetables to the side and scramble eggs in the open space.
  • Combine cooked rice and soy sauce, mix gently for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drizzle sesame oil and mix to elevate the flavor.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion just before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use leftover rice to avoid mushiness. Keep vegetables moving to preserve color. Use moderate heat for scrambling eggs.
