For the Stir Fry
- 12 pieces frozen potstickers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil for drizzling
- 2 stalks green onion chopped
Cooking Instructions
Start by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the frozen potstickers to the skillet. Cook them for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they become golden brown and deliciously crispy.
Toss in 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 cup of sliced bell peppers, 1 cup of julienned carrots, and the 2 cloves of minced garlic. Stir-fry everything together for 3-4 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender but still vibrant.
Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Allow the stir-fry to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Garnish your dish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
For best results, ensure the skillet is preheated, and avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking potstickers.
