  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free twist

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a loaf pan, ensuring every inch is covered.
  • Mix the dried fruits and nuts together in a bowl.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  • Whisk the honey (or maple syrup), oil, eggs, and milk together in a separate bowl.
  • Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then add the fruit and nut mixture.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool the loaf in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack.
