How to Make Fun Reindeer Cupcakes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Combine the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gently, ensuring all the powders are combined. Stir in the hot water until the batter is smooth.
Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter. Bake for 16-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Beat the softened butter in a bowl, then add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until creamy.
