For the Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3/4 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Topping
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
How to Make Garlic Butter Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together until well-blended.
Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until the mixture comes together, then knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
Cut the dough into four equal pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a flatbread shape, about ¼ inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each flatbread.
Place the flatbreads in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
