  • 1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder for a kick

Instructions

How to Make Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the lobster tails by using kitchen scissors to carefully cut the top of each shell down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin.
  • Lift the lobster meat slightly out of the shell for better presentation if desired.
  • Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat while placing the tails on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  • Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the lobster tails after removing them from the oven.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a delightful touch.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over the lobster before indulging.
