Instructions

How to Make Garlic Sesame Soba Noodles

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the soba noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (about 4-6 minutes) until tender.
  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili paste if using. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked soba noodles and mix well with the sauce.
  • If using fresh vegetables, add and toss everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
