For the Dip
- 1 cup green olives pitted and roughly chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice adjust to taste
- 1 clove garlic optional, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
For Serving

Preparation Steps
Finely chop the green olives and, if using, mince the garlic. Crumble the feta into a bowl.
